A Birthday in Wine Country

Well, the time has come… I’m officially a quarter-century old! I turned the big 2-5 on Monday and I feel it’s going to be my best year yet! To celebrate, my closest friends treated me to a day of wine tasting in Sonoma County. If you live in Northern California then you’ll know that our weather has been WACKY! One day it’s raining and the next it’s sunny and 75. So luckily, we dodged the April showers and had a beautiful day out and about. The first stop on the tour was Trione Winery, which just happened to be my wedding venue! I haven’t been there since I got married so it was bittersweet to see where I spent the happiest day of my life again. I wasn’t able to celebrate with my hunny, but I was able to relive some memories with my bridesmaids aka best friends. Goodbye 2017…

Well, 2018 is just about here! While I’m usually very sad that the holidays are over, I’m actually pretty excited for what this year has in store. I’m excited to spend more time curating content for my blog, getting closer to getting my graphic design degree, and we’ve got some trips planned, too!   2 0 1 7   R E C A P //   For starters, my photography and graphic design have really taken off. (Yes, I do that, too!!) I’ve had the opportunity to brand two salons, photograph four weddings and tons of family clients. All without advertising myself… so that was a huge accomplishment! One of the main reasons why I haven’t advertised my side businesses this year is because – well – I’ve got a lot going on. I’ve been trying to just be “still” with my life, and let things come as they do. And they did! I love my clients and am so grateful for them, as I wouldn’t be where I am without them.
