Spring has sprung! Hey, everyone! Sorry for being MIA from the blog… I’ve had quite the winter! I have a really, really bad immune system so I’m constantly sick and feeling run down. Recently, I’ve gotten bronchitis and have been on the mend. Now, it’s allergy season in California. So, that’s great.
I’m here to shed some light on this easy spring outfit with a POP of red color. I don’t know about you, but I’ve always loved red and stripes together. There’s something classy and chic about it that I think is visually appealing. I think for some reason it reminds me of Paris. The Parisians are so effortlessly chic, I’m just drawn to them.
Today I’m sharing this amazing bucket bag that my friends over at The Bag Minimalist sent me. I’ve had this bag for quite some time, but felt it was fitting to bust it out in true spring fashion.
I’ve been waiting for the right time to style this bag, and this is just my first take at it. This bag can carry you all throughout the year! The deep, cranberry/pomegranate color is the perfect shade that isn’t too “red” or too “deep.” It’s essential for spring, summer, and fall. Plus, the material is made from split cowhide leather, so it feels SO. SMOOTH. It also feels incredibly authentic. You can tell that this bag was made with the best resources and made with care.
I’m not going to lie, this is probably the most comfortable outfit I’ve worn in a long time. You all know I love these jeans, and these sneakers made their debut in February’s blog post. My striped sweater is old, from H&M, but you can find stripes anywhere!
I hope you guys loved this bag as much as I did. Go give The Bag Minimalist some love over on Instagram, Facebook, and maybe even snag a bag here!
Here are some additional bags that I’m loving from The Bag Minimalist!
